I welcome the decision to allow habeas rights to the prisoners at Gitmo. It would be absolutely scary if any further President would be able to imprison American citizens on his say-so. But in regard to Scalia: if he really disagreed with the court this much, he could resign his seat on the Supreme Court, which I believe would send a strong message abut how wrong he thought this action was.
But he’s not, as of this writing. I like to imagine a member of the press asking him why he doesn’t take that very action. In my opinion, he’d answer, “What – and give up show business?”

A capital idea! I set about with my design team after I stopped laughing and here is the result!
The specs:
-A revolver – “they just work”.
-Shoots the new proprietary “.50 Apple Express” round (acquired in a round of buyouts and quickly retrofitted for use)
-webcam ready (in vers. 2.0) but can sync with your ipod via Bluetooth & iTunes right now
-2GB MP3 player + headphone jack
If the Apple Store in your area is closed in your area in the next couple weeks, it’s cause they’re stocking this!
