After reading her argument, I can’t really say I’d act any differently than she would. And like her, I don’t see this as a rejection of Libertarian principle. ZAP (if you know what that is in a Libertarian context, a gold star for you today) calls for his release if he is not contagious. If he was contagious he must be restrained – one way or another (of course, I would rather have it non-violently).
